Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Visa Refusal
In the event that a visa application is rejected by the government entity, we will provide assistance in understanding the reasons for rejection and explore potential remedies if applicable. - AUD 150.00 will be retained in case of withdrawal after issuing the CoE and before the start of the course (onshore students)

Our refund policies allow you to request a refund of the amount paid for products or services, provided you meet the defined requirements.
Once the refund request is approved, the amounts will be refunded according to the available options and the established deadlines.
